·       Designs responsive UI’s and full multi-page clickable prototypes through follow up iterative prompting in Figma Make.

·       Attaches our design system libraries in Figma Make to maintain brand guidelines and components.

·       Leverages Co Pilot to create competitive analyses reports by analyzing leading product landing pages and specific user flows such as account registration, passkey usage, and paperless billing.

·       Summarizes important user patterns by uploading documents such as customer panel data, journey team findings, and usability interviews to CoPilot, which positively impacts design decisions.

·       Partnered with clients such as Verizon, Marriott and Century Link. 

·       Designed the My CenturyLink 5.0.0 mobile app for iOS and Android in light mode and dark mode.

·       Created XD prototypes so our developers can download assets and see element specs.

·       Updated style guide for the mobile app, improving and organizing element/icon placement, colors, and sizing.

·       Redesigned Verizon's user navigation on their iOS cloud based application. 

·       Designed Marriott’s new commission inquiry submission feature that reduced customer support calls to the IPC team and helped improve customer satisfaction.

·       Designed the UX and UI for the responsive Quest web application.
